Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to registrations for Southern Paint Parties events:

72 hours or more before the event:
You may choose one of the following:

A full refund

Credit toward a future paint party

A take-home paint kit

Between 24 and 72 hours before the event:
No refund will be issued. You may choose:

Credit toward a future paint party, or

A take-home paint kit

Within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows:
No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be available. Your prepared paint kit will be available for pickup.

Customers are responsible for arranging pickup in Newnan, Georgia. Shipping is available for an additional charge.

If Southern Paint Parties cancels an event, you may choose a full refund, kit or credit toward another event.

This policy applies to scheduled public paint parties where guests purchase individual tickets. Group and hosted events are subject to the cancellation terms provided with their custom quote.
