2. Services & Bookings
Our website allows visitors to submit event requests and register for scheduled paint parties.
Customers may submit a request for us to contact them regarding private or mobile events.
Registration and payment for scheduled paint parties may be completed online.
Your spot is reserved once payment is received.
3. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. The following policies apply:
3 days (72 hours) or more before the event:
You may cancel and receive a full refund.
Within 24 hours before the event:
No refunds will be issued. However, you may receive either:
A voucher for future use, OR
A paint kit with instructions to complete the painting at home.
(Customer is responsible for arranging pickup in Newnan, Georgia or paying shipping costs.)
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is allowed only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the event.
4. Age & Participation
Southern Paint Parties events are open to all ages.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants are responsible for following instructor guidance and using materials safely.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Painting activities may involve paint, tools, and materials that can stain clothing or cause minor irritation.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You participate at your own risk.
Southern Paint Parties is not responsible for damaged clothing, personal belongings, or minor accidents that may occur during participation.
Participants should disclose any allergies or sensitivities before the event.
6. Photography & Marketing
We may take photos during events for promotional use, including our website and social media.
By participating, you consent to reasonable photography and marketing use.
We will not display identifiable images of children’s faces without permission.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us at the beginning of the event.
7. Artwork & Intellectual Property
All artwork designs, lesson concepts, and instructional materials created by Southern Paint Parties remain our intellectual property.
Participants may keep and sell the paintings they personally create.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, mass produce, teach, or sell our original designs without written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with website content or functionality.
9. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you agree that we may contact you regarding event information, confirmations, and occasional newsletters or updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Southern Paint Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our events.
